Essex Homes of WNY Promotes Greg Nanula to Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Essex Homes of WNY is pleased to announce the promotion of Greg Nanula to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. The announcement was made by Philip J. Nanula, president & CEO of Essex Homes.
Nanula has over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing. He joined Essex Homes in 2012 as a Regional Sales Manager, with responsibilities for overseeing new customer home sales across the WNY region, in addition to all leases for The Villas at Brompton, a high-end community of more than 25 luxury villas in Hamburg, NY. He has also been instrumental in furthering the firm’s marketing initiatives, including oversight of the firm’s strategic advertising and social media programs. In his new role, Nanula will continue to oversee all company home sales, as well as the entire Essex Homes sales force, while furthering the firm’s marketing presence across the WNY region and beyond. Prior to joining the firm, Nanula worked his way from a college intern to National Account Executive for The Buffalo News over a seven-year span. Originally from Clarence, NY, Nanula earned his B.S. degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. He currently resides in Orchard Park, NY.
